How to Redeem:
To claim your exclusive vouchers, kindly follow the simple steps outlined below:
1. Visit LaLaport BBCC: Proceed to the designated customer service or Information Counter within the mall during the operational hours.
2. Present Credentials: Flash your UOB Debit or Credit Card along with your corresponding IC/Passport for verification purposes.
3. Voucher Issuance: Upon successful verification, you will immediately receive the RM20 Worth of LaLaport Discount Vouchers.
Terms & Conditions - UOB Card Privileges x LaLaport BBCC
(1 February – 31 December 2026)**
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the participation in the UOB Card Privileges Campaign organised by Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. Eligibility
• This Campaign is open to all individuals who hold a valid UOB cards from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand , Indonesia and Vietnam.
• Participants must present their UOB card together with a valid Identification Card (IC) or passport for verification.
• Each eligible participant is entitled to one (1) redemption throughout the campaign period.
2. Redemption Details
• Redemptions are limited to the first 400 eligible customers per month.
• Once the monthly quota has been reached, redemptions will stop immediately until the next calendar month.
• The Organizer is not required to announce or provide notice when quota is fully redeemed.
• The Organizer reserves the right to request additional verification if required.
• All vouchers issued are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be redeemed by the cardholder in person.
• Each successful redemption will receive RM20 worth of LaLaport BBCC Discount Vouchers, consisting of:
• 1 × RM10 LaLaport Cash Voucher
– Valid with a minimum spend of RM100 in a single receipt.
• 2 × RM5 F&B Cash Vouchers
– Each valid with a minimum spend of RM20 in a single receipt.
• Vouchers may only be used at participating outlets in LaLaport BBCC.
• Each voucher will have a printed expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be replaced, extended, or refunded.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. No change will be given for purchases below the voucher value.
3. General Terms
• Cash Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be reissued.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse redemption if documents or details are incomplete, invalid, or suspicious.
• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
• The Organizer may amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these T&C at any time without prior notice.
